COVER SHEETS FOR COLLEGE APPLICATIONS

Please be aware that you will have to submit a cover sheet for each private college that you apply to, as well as a cover sheet for SUNY and CUNY. Cover sheets can be found in the college office, and when they are filled out they must be placed in the appropriate basket metal basket against the walls. All baskets are marked, PRIVATE, SUNY and CUNY. If you give your guidance counselor something to filled out, for example a form from a college, you must first obtain a cover sheet from the college office, and I will initial it and then you can take the sheet and document down to your counselor. Once your document(s) are complete, you must bring back the cover sheet and deposit it in the appropriate metal basket.THIS IS A STEP IN THE COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS THAT YOU CAN NOT FORGET!!!!!
